Lighthouse Red Snapper

Lighthouse Red Snapper (Makes 4 Servings)

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Green Onion Chopped
¼ Cup Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 Garlic Clove
½ Teaspoon Onion Powder
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
¾ Cup White Wine
¾ Cup Frozen Peas
1lb Red Snapper Fillets

Directions
Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees
In a Skillet heat vegetable oil and sauté green onion, Bell Pepper and Garlic.
Add Cinnamon, Wine and Peas.
Spray baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
Rinse and Dry Fillets and place in baking dish
Pour Wine mixture over Fillets.
Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve with Sauce
